How to connect

Three steps to join

The console is the way that always works, on every setup.

  1. Get Rust

    It is a game on Steam, and the only thing you need. Open the Steam page.

  2. Copy the command

    Press Copy on the server you want, above. It looks like the line below.

  3. Paste it in the console

    Start Rust, press F1 at the main menu, paste with Ctrl+V and press Enter.

Can't find us in the server browser?

The in-game list can be slow to show a modded server, and its filters may hide it. The console command above always works.

You can also add us to your favourites in Steam: View → Game Servers → Favorites → add the address 207.180.236.55:28015.

Open in Steam (beta): what is that?

The link on each server asks Steam to start Rust and connect in one click. It works on many setups but not on all of them, so treat it as a shortcut and use the command when it does nothing. The command is copied for you when you click it.

On your phone?

Rust is a PC game, so you can't join from a phone. Copy the command now, send it to yourself (Discord works), and paste it into the Rust console on your PC.
