Play hard, play fair. These rules apply on every MoonRaid server, on our Discord and on this website.
The short version
- Be decent to other players. No harassment, hate speech or threats.
- No cheating: no hacks, scripts, macros or ESP.
- Do not abuse bugs. Report them on Discord.
- Stay inside the group limit of the server you play on.
- Do not advertise other servers or sell items for real money.
- One Steam account per person for the welcome bonus.
- Bats are shop credit, not money.
- The staff decide, and you can always ask for a second look.
Be decent
- Treat other players with respect. No harassment, hate speech, threats or discrimination, in text chat, voice or on Discord.
- Raiding is part of the game. Following someone to other places to keep a fight going, or targeting them outside the game, is not.
- Do not advertise other servers or communities, and do not sell or trade items for real money.
Play fair
- No cheating of any kind: hacks, scripts, macros, ESP, aimbots or anything else that gives an unfair advantage. Cheaters are banned for good.
- Do not abuse bugs, glitches or broken mechanics. If you find one, report it on Discord instead of using it.
- Do not build in a way that blocks other players from reaching monuments, roads or the spawn beaches.
Group limit
Each server has its own limit on how many players may team up. It belongs to that server's description, and the staff can tell you on Discord. Playing in a bigger group than the limit, or switching between teams to get round it, counts as cheating.
Bats and the shop
- Bats have no cash value, cannot be transferred between players and can only be spent on this website.
- One person, one Steam account for the welcome bonus. Using extra accounts to collect it again leads to a ban.
- Abusing the battery exchange or the shop (duplicating items, exploiting deliveries) means the items and bats are taken back, and a ban.
Bans and bats
A permanent ban ends your access to the servers and to the shop. Bats are shop credit with no cash value, so they are not paid out or refunded when an account is banned.
When a rule is broken
Depending on how serious it is: a warning, a mute, a temporary ban or a permanent ban. A ban can apply to all MoonRaid servers and to this website. The staff decide, and the decision is final. If you think a mistake was made, create ticket in Discord.
